The shipper and the driver share the tool, but neither inherits the other's screens: each one lands on their own journey as soon as they log in.
Tracking a job all the way to the signature
On the driver side, the job moves forward step by step, from acceptance to the customer's signature, with the status always visible.
Keeping a record of every delivery
An activity tracker and a structured history make it possible to find any job once it's completed.
